Exhibitions Roundtable @ ASTC 2010

WHEN: 7:15 to 8:30 AM, Monday,
Oct. 4 Coffee and refreshments will be
provided, thanks to the generous contributions of: This meeting features Venues (museum reps who talk about what kinds of exhibits they're looking for) and Providers (production reps who talk about what kinds of exhibits they have currently available). Even if you do not speak, the Roundtable is a great opportunity to hear about new exhibitions and connect with traveling exhibitions professionals. The Roundtable is free and open to ASTC attendees. If you are interested in speaking as a Provider or Venue representative, please sign-up with us beforehand (it's free) so we can distribute a speaker's list with contact information at the session. Judging from attendance at the last
several sessions of the Roundtable, we expect a large number of speakers,
so the guidelines are:
To sign up for the Roundtable's speakers list, send us an email. Be sure to tell us if you are interested in speaking as a provider of exhibits or a venue or both! Material distribution tables will be available. If you cannot attend the ASTC conference, you can send us brochures or other promotional materials. We will see to it that these get put on the distribution tables before the start of the Roundtable. If you are interested in this, please check back or email us and we will notify you when we have the appropriate mailing address. Also, if you're a lister in our Traveling Exhibitions Database, be sure and check if your exhibit details are current.
